COLPA (Cosider Lafarge Plâtres Algérie) SPA places great importance on protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect on the colpa.dz website, why, who it may be shared with, and what your rights are, in accordance with law no. 18-07 of June 10, 2018 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

2. Data We Collect

  • Contact form : name, email, phone number and the content of your message, when you contact us voluntarily.
  • Product documentation download — when you download a technical data sheet or document from a product page, we ask for your email address. This address is used to (a) send you the requested document, (b) build statistics and analysis on interest in our products, and (c) where applicable, send you our new offers and updates. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time (see section 6).
  • Technical browsing data : IP address, browser type, pages viewed, via cookies. See our cookie policy.

3. Third-Party Tools Used on This Site

  • Google Search Console — a Google tool used only by our team to verify site ownership and monitor its presence in search results. It sets no cookies and collects no personal data about your visits.
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) — used, with your consent, to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and show you relevant ads on Meta platforms. This tool shares information about your browsing with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.
  • TikTok Pixel — used, with your consent, for similar ad measurement and personalization purposes on TikTok, in partnership with TikTok Technology Limited.

Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel are only loaded after you have given your consent via the cookie banner. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

4. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing

  • Responding to your contact requests - carrying out a request made at your initiative.
  • Sending you the requested product documents - carrying out a request made at your initiative.
  • Internal statistics and analysis on interest shown in our products - COLPA's legitimate interest.
  • Sending commercial offers and news by email - consent, with the option to unsubscribe at any time.
  • Advertising audience measurement (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel) - consent via the cookie banner.

5. Data Retention

Data from the contact form and download requests is kept for as long as necessary to process your request and for statistical purposes, then archived or deleted within a reasonable period not exceeding 3 years from the last contact.

6. Your Rights

In accordance with law 18-07, you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your personal data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from commercial communications at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@colpa.dz.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPDP), established by law 18-07.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures (HTTPS encryption, restricted data access) to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
