CER 113 is a semi-hydrated plaster (CaSO4.1/2 H2O), formulated, white and produced from natural gypsum from Manhar. It is specially designed for the ceramic industry for the production of modules for casting sanitary products.

Implementation:

• Mixing can be manual or mechanical, gentle, with clean equipment. The type of turbine (size, speed, shape) as well as the stirring time, the purity of the water and the mixing rate influence the start and end of setting time, the flowability, the resistances and the porosity of the hydrated plaster.
